We accept over 200 plus payment options through our online payment gateway. aiCafe is an SSL certified - which means privacy, critical security and data integrity for each user's personal information is highly secured. We also do support Cash-on-Delivery.
Yes, we do have a pre-order service. With this service, you can order food from your favorite restaurants for up to 1 hour in advance. It will also help you plan a get together or a special occasion in advance.
We are transparent in our billing. The bill displayed on the "Check Out" page is the final amount you need to pay.
You may cancel the order before it is placed with restaurant by contacting the aiCafe support team via call. Once an order is in the confirmed status and restaurant starts preparing your food, we cannot cancel it.
Quality of the food is the restaurants' responsibility. However in case of issues with the quality or quantity, kindly email us and we will pass it on to the restaurant. We will ensure this reaches the highest level of the restaurant management so that such situations are not repeated.
